AIT-Student Chapter organized another Technical Meeting on August 1st,
2003. The chapter members were invited to participate and exchange the
practical experiences on air sampling.

Meetings
AIT-Student Chapter organized a Meeting on April 30th, 2004. The chapter
members were invited to participate and exchange the practical experiences
on their thesis researches.
AIT-Student Chapter organized another Meeting on August 2004. The chapter
members were invited to participate and exchange the practical experiences
on their thesis researches.
AIT-Student Chapter organized the third Meeting on December 2nd 2004.
The chapter members were invited to participate and exchange the practical
experiences on their thesis researches.

Technical Meetings
The first Technical Meeting was done on Wednesday, 6 October 2004 from
10.30-11.30 hrs. at Room W212 (Academic Building). Dr. Kasemsan Manomaiphiboon
from School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute
of Technology has presented his special lecture on “Effects
of uncertainties in parameters of a Lagrangian particle model on mean
ground-level concentrations under stable conditions” in the
meeting. The members and other interested people were invited to attend
the presentation.
The next Technical Meeting was held on Monday, 25 October 2004. Dr.
Garrett Campbell presented his special lecture on “Satellite
for air pollution monitoring” in the meeting. All members
and other interested people were invited to attend the lecture.
The thrid Technical Meeting was held on Wednesday, 3 November 2004.
Prof. Richard Kamens from Department of Environmental Sciences and Engineering,
School of Public Health, University of North Carolina gave his special
lecture on “Secondary
Organic Aerosol Formation: Chamber Kinetic Studies” in the meeting.
All members and other interested people were invited to attend the lecture.
Field Trip
On December 18th, 2004, all AWMA AIT-student chapter was invited to
visit "Khao Yai National Park", Nakhonratchasima for AIT backgroud
PM monitoring station survey.

Technical Meetings
The First Lunch Technical Meeting was held on Friday, 3 August 2007 at Pu Yai Suwit restaurant. All members and other interested people were invited to meet and discuss with Prof. Per-Anders Bergqvist from Department of Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Umea University, Sweden. He is an expert on chemical analysis for persistent organic pollutants. In addition, Dr. Kim Oanh also announced about 100 years anniversary of AWMA annual conference and exhibition. Two members from our chapter, Mr. Didin Agustian Permadi and Mr. Kok Sothea, were also promoted on their best student paper award from the West Coast Section of the AWMA.

The Second Technical Meeting and training on “Receptor Modeling for PM Source Apportionment” was held on 27-31 August 2007.
The main instructor is Prof. Phillip Hopke, The Bayard D. Clarson Distinguished Professor and Director of CARES, Clarkson University, USA and the visiting Professor at Environmental Engineering and Management Program.
