School Academic Matters Committee
The school Academic matters committee will assist in ensuring
(i) the academic activities of the school conform to the highest standards,
(ii) evaluation of course contents and suggest recommendations,
(iii) provide recommendations on new offerings (courses or interdisciplinary areas/fields of study) and collaborations, and
(iv) all other academic issues brought to its notice.

School Promotions and Marketing Committee
The School Promotions and Marketing committee will be involved in
(i) developing and coordinating school level plans for promotion and marketing of SERD,
(ii) coordinating the printing of brochures, web based services, SERD website and updates, newspaper advertisements, etc, and
(iii) publishing general articles promoting school’s academic, research and training. The committee will work closely with the institute’s promotional activities.

The School laboratory and IT committee will be involved in
(i) formulation of policies for the proper conduct of laboratory and IT activities at school level,
(ii) bring School’s interests and concerns to the institute level,
(iii) policies for buying equipment, hardware and software; use of equipment; safe handling practices; computer security, virus and backup; establishment and maintenance of networks and network services, and
(iv) all other maters related to laboratory and computer services of the school.
