Certificate program on “Sustainable Asian Aquaculture”

This course is for ​one semester ​beginning August 2017 ​of every year ​and is the combination of a ​well-designed ​course work and hands-on experience in specialized areas (fish/shrimp hatchery or farming). ​Novel aquaculture techniques in Thailand and rest of Asia such as ​Biofloc, Aquamimicry, Recirculating systems, Integrated Multitrophic Aquaculture systems, etc. have been included in this program, that is useful for both students (with credit transfer) and for ​working ​professionals and entrepreneurs (without credit transfer).

For students, the AIT entry qualifications for ​regular ​Masters program will apply​, and the Certificate program can lead to a Masters Degree​ for interested students. For professionals, the entry requirements are flexible. There is also ​an option to avail either the course work or hands-on experience ​individually as separate modules.
