Dr. Anil Kumar Anal, Associate Professor and Head of Department of Food, Agriculture and Bioresource, SERD, AIT delivered Guest Lecture at National Institute of College, Kathmandu, Nepal on 4 July 2017

anil_analDr. Anil Kumar Anal, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Food, Agriculture and Bioresources, School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD) of AIT was invited as Guest Lecturer on the topic “Utilization of Locally Available Bioresources for Sustainable and Safer Production of Food” on 4 July 2017 at the National Institute of Science and Technology (affiliated to Tribhuvan University), Kathmandu, Nepal. During the lecture, Dr. Anil provided his insight on the utilization of natural resources including plant, animal and microorganisms as well as the agro-industrial waste for value addition and for sustainability. During this visit, Dr. Anil met the Principal of the Institute, Heads of the Departments of Food Technology and Biotechnology other Senior Administrative staffs and faculty colleagues for academic, research, student exchange, and outreach collaborations.
