SERD welcomes Dr. Thomas Brudermann, Assistant Professor, Institute for Systems Sciences, Innovation & Sustainability Research, University of Graz, Austria as a Guest Lecturer

The School of Environment, Resources and Development is pleased to welcome Dr. Thomas Brudermann, Assistant Professor, Institute for Systems Sciences, Innovation & Sustainability Research, University of Graz, Austria as a Guest Lecturer to the Environmental Engineering and Management Program, Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Change during 30 October 2017 – 24 November 2017.

Dr. Thomas Brudermann has been nominated for a teaching exchange at AIT under the Erasmus Mundus Master Course in Industrial Ecology (MIND), coordinated by University of Graz.   His teaching and research interests deal with interfaces of systems sciences, sustainability and innovation research, and has a focus on decision making and decision analysis. He is applying empirical social science methods and methods from systems sciences, e.g. agent-based simulation models.  During his short stay at the EECC department, he will provide few special lectures, and interact with doctoral students.
